A Customer Service Administrator is required to answer and respond to all telephone requests for service to machines within the agreed contract times and to ensure that service quality is achieved and maintained. More specifically you will be expected:
• To answer all telephone calls received in a polite and professional manner.
• To log, allocate and manage the jobs for the engineers, ensuring all calls are attended within the agreed timescales.
• To keep customers informed when agreed timescales cannot be met, ensuring the engineer attends the following day.
• To action the engineers requests for parts orders, liaising with the Parts Department, Dispatch Department, Parceline and Hayes where necessary.
• To action purchase order requests from customers.
• To action engineers paperwork returned from sites detailing the machines on site.
• To action engineers paperwork returned from sites where machines are no longer on the premises.
• To identify, facilitate and share improvement opportunities in business processes.
• To create and maintain an open working environment through sharing information, thoughts and ideas which promote team working both within the department and wider organisation.
• To develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.
• To identify possible sales leads and pass to the Sales Department for action.
• To provide coaching to less experienced colleagues.
Hours of work are 08:45 -17:00 and the role is for 9 months maternity cover.
A driver would be preferable due to the location and previous relevant experience is essential.
