| Due to the continued growth and success of my prestigious client I am looking to recruit an experienced team leader. Working for a fast growing and forward thinking outsourced collections company your role will be to lead, develop and motivate a team of front line collections advisors. You must have a proven track record in coaching and developing new and existing staff members from within a collections environment. You must be skilled in performance management techniques, analysing and producing management information and ideally be used to working in a FSA regulated environment. The salary offered is up to £25,000 depending on your experience.
