Our client is UK based, but also has offices in Australia and Europe.
They supply, install and maintain vehicle tracking systems. Leeds is their head office.
Due to a re-structure they are looking to recruit someone for the Technical Help Desk team.
You will take calls from customers who have faults with their system. You will talk them through the problem in order to diagnose the fault. You will then talk them through the best method of fixing the fault.
This role requires someone who has worked in a technical support role whereby they have experience of diagnosing faults and talking through solving them.
This company uses O2 equipment, so this role is highly relevant to anyone who has worked for O2 in a customer care or technical role.
