| A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for one of Leeds' finest financial institutions. This is a long-term temporary contract. A strong background in customer service is essential, with preferably experience in a call centre environment, although experience within the face-to-face customer service industry will also be considered. We require candidates that will deliver excellent execution of support and have the ability to and the drive to succeed and be self motivated to provide superb customer service results. Full training is provided. The shift pattern ranges between 9:00 am to 19:00 pm Monday to Saturday. (This role is a five-day workweek).
