They are currently looking for an administrator to work in their marketing department. You should have a consistent CV with at least 1 year’s admin experience. You should also be a fun and vibrant character with a dynamic personality and ideally have an interest in marketing. If you have any experience of SAP, this will prove to be a massive advantage to your application. We work from 8:30-17:00 Mon-Thurs and 8:30-16:00 on a Friday. PURPOSE OF JOB:
To assist the Marketing Manager to develop and implement creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the Consumer Goods mass market brands and drive sales, all within budget.
The role requires a positive attitude to change and continuous improvement and a focus in finding solutions and delivering results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
*Responsible for obtaining and collating market and competitive data from relevant trade and consumer publications, internet and high street retailers etc. highlighting and analysing any pertinent data.
*Conduct Consumer Goods product range and pricing analysis. Maintain and communicate to the appropriate parties including; coordinating the introduction of new products and communicating discontinuations.
*Organising and attending events and exhibitions e.g. booking of space, liaising with stand contractor, ordering samples and sales support materials, management of the budget, follow up reporting from the event and recommendations for future participation.
*Internal analysis of sales (Business Warehouse Reporting tool)
*Manages ‘Marketing Support Services’ – Images, New Product Samples, Catalogues, Point of Sale Material, promotional activity etc.
*Prepare presentation material for internal and external meetings and assist Marketing Manager in presenting the results when required.
*Work in close coordination with the Marketing Manager and external PR agency to develop effective PR campaigns.
*Conduct Consumer Goods product range and pricing analysis. Maintain and communicate to the appropriate parties including; coordinating the introduction of new products and communicating discontinuations.
*Inputting and maintaining ‘customer price lists’ into SAP as per defined procedure.
*Undertake any other duties to provide assistance in the day to day running of the marketing department including; handling any in-bound telephone queries and action as appropriate.
