This role requires you to proactively follow up pre-determined prospective and customer contacts by means of outbound telesales; processing all sales leads and requests for quotations effectively, efficiently and accurately.
You will need to be a dependable team player combining drive initiative and professionalism. Also you will need the following:
• Experience of working in a busy outbound telesales environment
• Experience in objection handling
• Sales administration experience
• Diary management experience
• Ability to close
• Ability to hold peer to peer business conversation
• Volume call handling
• Ability to liaise, negotiate, organise
• Ability to interface at all levels
• Good telephone/liaison and administration skills
• Computer literacy
• Geographically awareness
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm.
