| Assistant Manager £18.5K Permanent LS11 Do you have previous management or supervisory experience? Are you highly customer focused and have the ability to communicate at all levels? Do you have previous financial or sales experience? Working within the banking and financial industry you will be required to ensure there is a high level of customer service at all times , provide financial advice to customers, supervise and monitor the performance of colleagues, working to achieve sales targets and ensure that branch and mortgage administration is completed. The ideal applicant must be customer and sales motivated, be accurate when cash handling and good numeracy skills, be a team player and strong leader and experience within the banking or financial industry would be an advantage.
