Full Description:
A large Leeds based manufacturing company are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their hectic Internal Sales department to assist with their constantly busy sales order process. They are looking for a diligent and reliable applicant who will undertake the following duties: -

• Answering incoming sales calls
• Action incoming fax orders/queries
• Action incoming emails
• Produce quotes for Field Sales Executive’s
• Promote monthly special offers
• Use and promote their website as an additional source of information
• Liaise with warehouse & despatch when required to ensure orders are delivered on time
• Liaising with purchasing to ensure any urgent or abnormal orders are dealt with effectively
• Assist in the planning of the van runs

All applicants must have previous experience gained within a busy administration role. You will be required to have an excellent telephone manor ensuring customer satisfaction and accuracy when taking orders. Strong communication skills are vital as well as experience working in an effective sales office.
