Operating from impressive premises in Wakefield, you will deliver an excellent customer service to our Family Law Protection clients via inbound calls after hours. Providing limited, scripted advice when warranted and /or to arrange call back services using specific systems, you will retain customer loyalty by instilling confidence in the client by delivering excellent customer service at all times.
You must have a minimum of 5 GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent) and ideally possess knowledge/experience within Family Law, however this is NOT essential. If you have a professional telephone manner, a strong work ethic coupled with a flexible and accurate approach, we would definitely like to hear from you!!
We have three shifts available, the first is full time working 30 hours per week, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 21.00-08.00. The other two shifts are part time working 12 hours per week Saturday 17.00-21.00 and Sunday 08.00-17.00 or Saturday 17.00-21.00 and Sunday 12.00-21.00
Due to the location and unsociable hours, having your own transport would be essential.
