Our client based in Pudsey are recruiting for a PA to work alongside the Operations Director and the Managing Director.
This is a new opportunity within the organisation, a highly motivated, organised PA is therefore required
Responsibilities will include: supporting the Directors, managing the co-ordination of reporting and management meetings, collating reports from line managers, diary management, preparing agendas, booking meetings, arranging travel and accommodation.
There will also be an element of Marketing within the role, so ideally you will be a creative individual that can offer marketing ideas to assist moving the business forward
