| Technical Analyst / Technical Support / IT support We now have a requirement for a technical Analyst to join a leading law firm based in Leeds. As a technical analyst you will be responsible for providing technical support services to all the IT team and the business users. You will be required to work with the business in resolving and investigating technical issues and providing technical and desktop support. The ideal applicant will have experience in supporting the following areas Video conferencing configuration, maintenance, MS Windows 2000 / XP, MS Windows NT / 2000, Blackberry, WINS installation, set up and configuration, Anti Virus, remote access and blackberry server. Applicants must have experience and a proven track record of providing technical support within a professional environment and an excellent understanding of systems development and service delivery.
