Job : Architectural Technician

My client is a small, but regionally covering office constituting just one of four offices in the Yorkshire region, ensuring local needs and tastes catered for to the highest standard. The directors and staff have a wide experience of building design and project management andare currently involved in the design of offices, commercial and industrial developments, education buildings, housing, health and sport and leisure projects.
Refurbishment works in addition to new build projects are also regularly undertaken in all the above sectors, with repeat business with key clients which have been built through meeting high standards and delivering on projects.
The Role
My client is looking to recruit an Architectural Technician with knowledge of UK building regulations to join the small and friendly office and assisting in technical drawings and design on a range of projects from leisure, healthcare to residential and retail, with possibility to progress into drawing office manager.
The Individual
You will be a dedicated and focused Architectural Technician, from a background working on a range of projects which would stand you in good stead for the range that my client handles. A keen team player with the ability to work under your own initiative is essential.
