This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with excellent IT skills and the ability to use their initiative in order to provide high quality secretarial support to a team of Consultants, Directors and Partners over two sites (Leeds & Manchester). The successful applicant must have experience as a Secretary supporting a busy team and must have a professional approach to their work.
Duties and responsibilities will include;
· Generating client correspondence.
· Provide accurate and prompt typing service to tight deadlines.
· Diary management.
· Arrange meetings, booking rooms, catering and equipment.
· Organise travel and accommodation including international.
· Events organisation.
· Answering phone and taking detailed messages and distributing as appropriate.
· Post duties.
· Database management.
· Manage filing system.
· Booking couriers.
· Arrange photocopying and binding via relevant department.
· Provide other ad-hoc support as required.
