| An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a leading debt management company based in Leeds. You will provide an efficient and professional service in the Administration/Client Support Department. Duties involved with the role; · Dealing with incoming letters, faxes and e-mails from customers · Writing correspondence to customers and 3rd Parties, inc Citizens Advice Bureau, Solicitors, Courts etc · Telephone liaison with clients · Researching and solving queries from customer · Updating the internal database with new addresses provided by the trace department · Dispatching copies of statements and agreements to customers · Order archived statements and agreements from clients · Updating database with client replies · Reporting to clients on accounts to buy back on a monthly basis · Reception cover when necessary · Managing all CCA requests and DSA requests in the regulatory timescales. · Updating credit reference agencies with regards to customers credit files. · General office admin, inc photocopying, filing, faxing etc. The ideal candidate will have a professional telephone manner and posses excellent communication skills, both oral and written. You must have at least 12 months previous Administration/Customer service experience. The individual will be computer literate, with ideally knowledge of Word and Excel programmes. You must have excellent organisational skills and have the ability to prioritise your own workload. |
