    My client is a global name in the legal field , known for its great accomplishments and precedents in the legal arena and investor in people in the market . They are now recruiting for an administrator to support their busy administration team, due to increasing success.

    The role will involve

    * Maintaining the progress of accounts
    * Meeting tight deadlines
    * Covering phone lines during busy periods and processing payments taken by switch.
    * Ensuring attention to detail
    * Reply to complex letters received from individuals and Law firms
    * Updating new instructions from clients.
    * Processing/filing court paper work through the internal systems
    * Liaise with colleagues regarding account status
    * Emailing information to colleagues of account changes.
    * Collating new information to update the client.


    The role involves working within a team environment, and the ideal candidate will have at least 6 months administration experience. You will have experience of using Word, Excel and a good general knowledge of IT systems. Ideally you will have experience of working within a legal industry but this is not essential as full training is given.

    In return the company offer a salary of up to £13,000 and lots of opportunities for progression.
