Our client is a leading Car Dealership with a solid reputation in the market place. They are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to work within a busy Services department at their Leeds Dealership.
The role:
· Liaising with customers to arrange MOT’s and Services
· Meeting and Greeting customers
· Managing all incoming calls
· Invoicing
· Up selling of products to customers
· Additional ad hoc duties when required.
The ideal candidate:
· Positive attitude
· Customer focused
· Honesty and integrity
· Experience in the motor industry would be beneficial
