An Administration Assistant role has arisen within a large manufacturing company based just outside Leeds city centre. This role mainly consists of administration duties; however it does involve a high level of customer services to be maintained. The main duties will include:
• Collecting paperwork from site Agents
• Ensuring jobs are completed and closed within strict timescales
• Receiving incoming calls and collating information
• Entering all information on the in-house computer system
Applicants must have previous office based experience gained within a similar environment, strong IT and communication skills are also a must for this role.
