IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE BOTH SUPERVISORY & AT LEAST 2 YEARS ORDER PROCESSING EXPERIENCE. You should be familiar with word and excel, have a good eye for detail and able to work to deadlines.
We offer a generous basic salary of £20000 and bonus of £2000 – on top of this a 2.5% contributory pension and healthcare.
Duties:
•Ensuring positive supplier relationships are maintained.
•Purchasing items for orders processed by sales
•Stock management
•Effective management of time to complete aligned tasks
•Liase with other department heads to ensure effective working relationships are maintained between both departments
•Answering calls
•Problem solving
•Raising purchase orders ensuring accuracy at all times
•Filing customer orders and answering general enquiries
•Query resolution
•Chasing backorders with allocated suppliers
Supporting Business Development team in order processing
