Full Description:
We require an Events Manager for a 12 month contract at a large legal firm based in Leeds. Fantastic opportunity for a high class Events Manager to work within a leading organisation.

You will be required to define and deliver the requirements of internal clients in supporting their Client Relationship Management, via client events, data gathering and manipulation, mailings and associated activities. You will work closely with the Business Development Managers and wider marketing team to achieve the Firm’s client growth objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
§ To manage and deliver the national events objectives for the firm.
§ To form the principal liaison in relation to all national events and data control, managing the other event managers and data controllers within the team.
§ To ensure delivery of events/seminars to exceed clients' expectations whilst ensuring they are within an agreed brief/budget.
§ To work alongside the Business Development Managers when formulating organising events.
§ To liaise with Creative/Database Teams to design and mail out invitations.
§ To ensure accurate follow-up and data capture from events
§ To manage a 2-yearly International Partners’ Conference for the firm.
§ To develop the client data offering to internal Partners/fee-earners.
§ To continuously review the quality and output of work alongside the performance of individuals
§ To lead and co-ordinate a continuous review of service deliverables & guidelines
§ To lead team problem-solving and concept-generation
§ To build positive working relationships with clients whilst reviewing the briefing process to ensure cost-effective delivery, with maximum benefit for both parties
§ To liaise with internal and external agencies in the fulfilment of projects
§ To raise profile of team and awareness of services within business

Knowledge and skills within the Events sector are essential as is the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
