| LEASEHOLD OFFICER Location: Barnsley Duration: October 2008 Rate: £19 - £23.37 Our client, a local authority is seeking an experienced Leasehold Officer to be responsible for the development of the leasehold management service including leading and guiding the service through the process of lease variation, the implementation of variable service charges and representing the organisation in Leasehold Valuation Tribunals. Key duties * Review and develop procedures for the management of leasehold properties, advise on and direct the consultation arrangements with Leaseholders. * Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained, advise customers and staff on expert matters. * Ensure compliance with legislation. You must demonstrate you have previous experience of working within a Leasehold environment and have knowledge of current legislation's surround leasehold management.
