| SCHEME WARDEN Location - Harrogate Hours of work - 15 hours per week Salary - £7,830 Benefits - Rent free accommodation, council tax benefits and final salary pension HH61682AW My client has a vacancy for an experienced Scheme Warden for their Lease owner Development in Harrogate. The scheme consists of 36 flat's for older people. You must be able to provide a comprehensive support service to the leaseholders to enable them to live independently within their homes. Your duties will include daily calls to leaseholders, health and safety checks, maintaining records, liaising with contractors and cleaning of the building.
