| DEVELOPMENT OFFICER Location: West Yorkshire Duration: 6 months Rate: £TBC Start: Immediate. My client, a national housing association, is seeking an experienced Development Officer to project manage development schemes in West Yorkshire, duties include: Implement and administer development programmes. Ensure policies, procedures and systems are effectively followed. Contribute to identifying improvements. Contribute to control of expenditure. Essential requirements for this post: BTEC Higher National Certificate in Housing Studies (or equivalent) Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of housing issues and the technical knowledge. Experience of Land and property acquisitions, controlling budgets, strong project management skills.
