| My Client is a leading banking organisation based in Leeds City Centre. They are looking to recruit Sales Support Assistants Monday -Friday Full Time Hours £7ph This is a temporary role with a view to going permanent after 3 months Overall Job Purpose To provide the administrative / telephony function, complaints, premises management and stationery control within an ever changing fast paced environment Key Accountabilities Supporting the business 100% Completion / retrieval of relevant information ( written or verbal ) Maintaining and updating information ensuring effective internal and external customer service Dealing with queries of a technical nature including cross sales Deal with the processing of mortgage applications Providing support to Mortgage Specialist, management and other areas / departments within the group. To be actively involved in continuous improvement of bank processes Providing mortgage telephony support, ensuring calls are dealt with or directed to the relevant area of the business Person Specification: Keyboard Skills Numeracy Meeting customer needs Quality conscious PC Skills Communication skills Personal organisation Flexible approach to work Effective team player with the ability to work as an individual Meet / exceed challenging targets set Work to deadlines and timescales Essential: Ability to provide administrative and telephony support to the department Flexible attitude to enable the Business Support Team to be multi-skilled and have the ability to switch roles at a moments notice |
