Our client, a leading employer based in modern offices in Bradford, is looking to recruit a friendly and personable individual to provide a first class level of support as a receptionist to its busy and lively team.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role shall include:
Providing front of house reception cover
Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner
Operating a busy switchboard
Dealing with telephone queries and taking messages
Ensuring all visitors are signed in according to company policy
Receiving all incoming post and parcels and distributing as necessary
Booking parking spaces
The successful candidate will possess:
