Our client in Leeds 18 is looking for three bright individuals whohave excellent communication skills as well as been computer literate using Word and Excel. You will be required to answer incoming telephone calls from new/ existing or potential clients who are wanting information on their caravan or motor home insurance. You will also be required to deal with the administration side which may involve completing paperwork and sending the documentation out to the clients. This is not a fast paced call centre environment. Insurance experience is an advantage, however full training will be provided.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
