We are looking for experienced sales orientated Team Leaders with the taste for a challenge.
We are currently looking to recruit a Team Manager for a busy call centre based in Halifax.
You will need to have a keen sense of all aspects of sales, along with man-management skills and a hunger for success.
In this role you will be managing a team of call handlers dealing with insurance sales and queries. You must have a hands on approach to all aspects of the role as you will be supporting your team in sales and servicing of customer needs, as well as the call centre manager in both strategic and operational initiatives.
A desire to share your knowledge and experience to assist others will also be beneficial as you will be training and mentoring your team.
You should be able to analyse and interpret data in order to develop strategies which will benefit all aspects of your team, and the call centre performance.
You will need
At least 12 months Team Management experience in a sales environment or similar role outside the industry.
A desire to help others through on-going development.
It is a 37.5 hour week working on a rota basis 8am and 10pm. And some Saturday work.
In return you will receive a excellent basic salary of £18-22k depending on experience. With an Uncapped Commission structure and excellent OTE.
