BROKER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE, £15-17,500
An opportunity has arisen for a customer-focused individual with a minimum of one year's experience in the insurance industry to join this successful Harrogate company.
The Role:
* Acting as first point of contact for all members
* Dealing with all enquiries
* Referring complex enquiries to the relevant department and ensuring member is kept aware
* Maintaining database information on members
* Conducting proactive development calls to specific members
* Working to agreed company targets
The Person:
* Must have previous insurance experience
* Customer focused
* Communicative
* Organised
* Confident of making decisions
* Team player
