We have an excellent opportunity to work for a leading mail distribution company based in Leeds.
Working as part of a new Customer Care Team you will be required to respond to incoming enquiries and complaints for business accounts. You will ensure that all administration is completed efficiently and liaise with internal department such as warehouse and transport to resolve customer issues. The ability to trouble shoot and resolve problems is essential along with meeting customer demands and expectations.
