Are you highly organised, have good attention to detail and strong administration skills?
Do you have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels?
Are you professional, confident and have the willingness to learn new skills?
Do you have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and show accurate keyboard skills?
This is an excellent opportunity to provide secretarial support to 2 Directors within the Marketing department.
Main duties include typing correspondence, reports, Powerpoint presentations, minute taking during meetings, monitoring and co-ordinating emails. Outstanding communication and organisational skills are required as you will be arranging meetings and visits, booking travel and accommodation and liaising with internal and external contacts. Additional duties include diary management, undertaking research and Adhoc projects as required and dealing with highly confidential information with discretion.
