A full-time permanent vacancy has arisen for a Collections Administration Assistant reporting to the Team Leader based within the Credit Operations Department of our client in Bradford.
The role is to provide administration support to the Collections Teams ensuring all records are maintained accurately and individual needs are met.
Main duties are to provide specific administration support to the Collection Manager and Team Leaders as requested.
Create and maintain accurate staff records in respect of FTE, breaks and lieu time.
Complete and submit overtime spreadsheet within required timescales, and deal with wage queries.
Set up and maintain letter templates on Word, Tallyman and FLET. Print and send letters daily.
Code and log incoming invoices. Raises data to be invoiced.
Monitor / order stationery, bulk photocopies, report and log maintenance and PC faults.
Book meetings, rooms and equipment both internally and externally plus take minutes when required.
Sort incoming mail ensuring Company and Department priorities are adhered to in the way the work is batched. Print, update and return spreadsheets received via email.
Retrieve Credit Agreements.
Support recruitment administration process.
Liase with Credit Risk on a daily basis to ensure data to be included on monitors with Credit Operations.
Required to support other areas within the department when necessary plus other Adhoc duties.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Word.
With excellent attention to detail you will have the ability to work to deadlines coupled with excellent time management and organisational skills.
Demonstrating a professional manner you will have the ability to deal with issues confidentially and with discretion and able to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
Strong numerical skills to maintain accuracy within the report production.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to enable effective liaison with other team members, other departments and external contacts.
Enthusiastic and naturally proactive.
Flexible, quick thinking and non-judgmental and have the ability to adapt to an ever changing situation.
Salary is £14,332 per annum with 21 days hols (+ 3 company days)
