Our client, a major retail / fashion organisation is currently recruiting for a PA / Secretary to work within the Finance department supporting the Director of Central Finance and Director of Commercial Finance.

We are looking for someone who can provide a complete and confidential secretarial service and appropriate administration support.
The role involves the following......... Typing correspondence, reports and powerpoint presentations. Full secretarial and administration, encompassing minute taking in meetings, monitoring and co-ordinating of emails, photocopying, filing and post etc. Communicating with both internal and external contacts. Secretarial and office administration. Arranging travel and accommodation for relevant individuals in the department. Diary management, arranging meetings and visits with internal and external contacts.
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record within a secretarial role. A good knowledge of MS Office in particular Word, Excel and Powerpoint with RSA II in Typing or Word Processing. You will need to have a professional and confident manner, an organised, methodial and flexible approach to the role. A willingness to learn new skills. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with Managers at all levels of the business, discretion within the role is required when dealing with highly confidential information.
This is an excellent opportunity within a major company in Bradford. You will join on a starting salary of £16,031 with 21 day hols (+ 3 company days) 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
