A full-time permanent vacancy has arisen for a PA/Secretary within the Marketing department for our Bradford based client.
Purpose of Role:
To provide a complete and confidential secretarial service and appropriate administration support.
Main Responsibilities:
•Typing correspondence, reports and Powerpoint Presentations
•Full secretarial administration encompassing minute taking in meetings, monitoring and co-ordinating of e-mails, photocopying, filing, post etc
•Communication with both internal and external contacts
•Secretarial and office administration
•Arranging travel and accommodation for relevant individuals in the department
•Diary management, arranging meetings and visits with internal and external contacts
•Undertaking research and ad hoc projects as required by the Brand Directors
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
•A proven track record of secretarial experience is essential
•A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Powerpoint and Excel, with RSA III in Typing or Word Processing are required to provide full administrative support
•A professional, confident manner
•An organised, methodical and flexible approach to the role
•A willingness to learn new skills
•A high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with Managers at all levels of the business
•Discretion within the role is required when dealing with highly confidential information.
