| CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISOR HH61330MT Location: Sheffield Salary: £16142 35 hours per week. I am urgently seeking an experienced Customer Services Advisor to provide a high quality service which effectively responds to all customers, and where possible resolves enquiries, requests and complaints in accordance with the Customer Service Standards, policies and procedures. To regularly make contact with customers, partners and contractors to assist in the management of housing and maintenance services. To undertake administrative and processing work required to ensure the efficient delivery of housing, maintenance and customer services. This key post involves assisting with the housing management and maintenance function, dealing with arrears, repairs and customer satisfaction. You will be organised, have good administration and IT skills.
