| TELEPHONE ADVISOR HH61327MT Location: Barnsley Duration: July 2008 Rate: £10 per hour We are urgently seeking an experienced Telephone Advisor to provide support to a busy call centre on a shift pattern, working at 4 on 4 off 2pm - 10pm for 2 days, 10pm to 6am for 2 days. Essential skills and experience: * Experience of working in a people focused environment both face to face and on the telephone. * Use of IT and manual information systems. * Experience of utilising microsoft packages. * If you do not have any formal qualifications, you must have at least 2 years experience in a customer focused environment. * Good customer services and problem solving skills. * Able to work weekends.
