An excellent opportunity has arisen for collection negotiators to join a major financial company on the outskirts of Leeds city centre.
The role will involve contacting customers by telephone, e – mail, and letter to retrieve outstanding payments, to set up payment plans relevant to the individual cases and to give advice on their financial difficulties. The ideal candidate will have experience of working to targets and tight deadlines, have a pleasant telephone manner, and be able to keep a `cool head` under pressure.
In return the company offer a starting salary of 15,000 rising to 17,000 after 6 months with an uncapped commission structure, Top negotiators regularly take home £1000 on top of their basic a month! There is also a bonus structure in place, free parking, pension scheme, vouchers for various bars and shops and 25 days paid holiday.
