My Client is a market leader in a growing niche market. The company are search and selection specialists and have expanded extremely quickly in the last six years. Due to this success they are now opening a new branch in Castleford, Yorkshire. The company specialise in executive recruitment in the supply chain sector, which includes, warehouse, logistics, planning, procurement and retail buying. The average salary that the company will place with is £70,000 - £80,000 as the growing part of the business is to place senior to interim managers with their clients. The company has been established since 2001 and pride themselves in premier consultancy to blue chip companies.
They are not looking for aggressive sales people as most of the companies revenue comes from return business. The role will involve some aspects of sales but the main duties of this role will be search and selection, building and maintaining relationships and networking.
The ideal candidate for this unique and exciting opportunity will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, have the ability to work on your own intuitive, be able to speak confidently to many different audiences, you will have excellent communication skills at all levels and be able to work under pressure. You must hold a full driving licence and have your own transport as you will be expected to travel to the Hertfordshire branch and attended client visits when needed.
In return the company offer a fantastic commission structure, which is uncapped, (the top achievers earn 150k on top of their basic salary), a rewarding basic salary which is negotiable dependant upon experience, and great career prospects.
Experience within the supply chain or recruitment is not essential, as training will be provided. The key attributes that my client is looking for are, self managed individuals who are able to think outside the box, you will need to be business aware, be able to see the bigger picture and be passionate to succeed.
