Pathway are looking for the best graduates (or equivalent) in the market to join a booming ICT Division.

Pathway are now established in both the IT and Banking and Finance markets and have proved ourselves and made our mark over the last few years, so much so that expansion is now imperative. Over the next 12 months we will be moving further into the European and non-European markets, however we need the best calibre of Trainee Consultants to be able to do so.
We are looking for extremely ambitious and determined individuals who have the will to succeed. Recruitment is a direct sales position and requires great self-motivation and tenacity, although your career will be demanding and require 110%, the rewards and incentives are 2nd to none! You do not need prior knowledge of any sector we work within as the 6 months training will provide you with all the skills and information you will need to become the best in the market,
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for: -
Canvassing employers by telephone to establish new contacts and their recruitment requirements
Developing client business through face to face meetings and regular contact.
Sourcing the best candidates through effective advertising and marketing, assessing their needs and requirements and matching them with suitable roles.
Managing the entire recruitment process for both clients and candidates.

If you have A-Levels (or equivalent) and direct sales experience OR are a Graduate with a degree qualification (or equivalent) AND the qualities mentioned above we want to here from you.
