Graduate/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Realistically we would expect you to earn £35,000 - £45,000 in your first 12 months, but our top trainee took home £157,000 last year!

A role in recruitment involves cold calling to develop new business, qualifying candidates according to client's needs, and managing the interview process.
