Pathway Resourcing are currently looking to recruit a number of Graduate/ Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our various teams in Leeds, London and Dubai. We are also looking for German speakers to join us as Trainee Recruitment Consultants in our London office.

Your Profile
You will be a money hungry graduate (with or without sales experience) or a sales person with good A- Level results and at least 1 years experience in direct sales.
As a recruitment consultant you will have excellent communication skills, lots of drive and enthusiasm and be motivated to work in a targeted sales environment.
You will also need to be a strong team player and a confident and persuasive sales person as well as having a money hungry approach to hitting all your sales targets.
A proven track record within a sales environment is a distinct bonus.
The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be required to do the following: -
Canvassing employers by telephone to establish new contacts and their recruitment requirements
Developing client business through face to face meetings and regular contact.
Sourcing the best candidates through effective advertising and marketing, assessing their needs and requirements and matching them with suitable roles.
Managing the entire recruitment process for both clients and candidates.
Our training scheme for ALL employees is second to none. Initially you will embark on a 6 month training plan, this will be split between formal training and on the job training, you shall have a “buddy” at all times to ensure all questions are always answered and support is always available. You shall also begin your Consultant Development Programme; we have monthly meetings with all employees to discuss progress, problems and how to continue developing so we are constantly on top of your development and where we can help you improve.
