We are currently recruiting for Trainee Recruitment Consultants for all of our offices, London, Leeds and Dubai.
This is an exciting time for graduates to join Pathway. If you are money motivation and have a genuine desire to work to targets in a challenging sales environment, this is the role for you.
After thorough Induction Training you will be overseeing the entire recruitment cycle from winning new business, to writing job adverts and screening candidates, placing these candidates and earn you uncapped commission. There is the potential to earn up to £40,000+ in your first year. There is also the company car scheme, bottles of champagne and fantastic holidays abroad. Pathway offers clear career progression that can take you from a trainee to a manager with constant support and training.
