Our training scheme for ALL employees is second to none. Initially you will embark on a 6 month training plan, this will be split between formal training and on the job training, you shall have a “buddy” at all times to ensure all questions are always answered and support is always available. You shall also begin your CDP, we have monthly meetings with all employees to discuss progress, problems and how to continue developing so we are constantly on top of your development and where we can help you improve.
As well as the uncapped commission we offer numerous sales targets including holidays, either in the sun, on the slopes or in the casino’s of Las Vegas. Cartier and Rolex watches, Winner Away Days, where you could be power boating, cooking with a top chef or racing motor cars. And last but not least we offer the opportunity for you to hit another “car target” upgrading your company car to one of the top of the range motors in our incentive scheme.
Recruitment is not for the faint-hearted, we expect 110% from our consultants at all times however as noted above, the rewards and the sheer potential with Pathway are way above the rest of the market.
