Trainee Recruitment Consultant/ Graduate Recruitment Consultant - IT – London and Leeds

Earning £45K OTE in 1st Year

No previous Recruitment Sales experience required

What we look for is very straightforward but also very hard to find.

We will provide full comprehensive recruitment sales training, and ongoing support. All you do is just bring your drive, determination and endless ambition.

As a consultant you will be responsible for: -

 Canvassing employers by telephone to establish new contacts and their recruitment requirements

 Developing client business through face to face meetings and regular contact.

 Sourcing the best candidates through effective advertising and marketing, assessing their needs and requirements and matching them with suitable roles.

 Managing the entire recruitment process for both clients and candidates.

Recruitment is a tough but rewarding career and if you have the motivation to succeed you will. There is the potential to earn uncapped commission averages of £40k in your 1st year, £60k in your third and from there on upwards of £100k, not including hitting our holiday targets, to New York, Sun City and Marbella, lunch targets to top restaurants or Rolex watches and bespoke suits.

Year on year we have improved and grown as a company and Pathway are now looking for the next generation of consultants, those that can make it to the top of their game and help expand the company into the rest of Europe, USA and Asia.
