| Engineering Administrator required to work for a large manufacturing company in WF15. You will be responsible for the general admin support required within the 2nd Operations & Engineering team. Key Role & Objectives: · Attendance at meetings taking second operations actions · Liaise actions with second ops team and report accordingly · Preparation of Process Flows · Distribution of new enquiries to suppliers and prepare spreadsheets of quotations. · Administer on time / off time procedure against required timing plan with suppliers · Administer supplier invoices · Administer WIP charts · Administer cost trackers liaising with accounts · Liaise and assist in the preparation and approval of packaging specifications · Assist with pre production builds and operator training when required. · Attendance at departmental review meetings · To generally support the section manager and engineer including liaison with all departments and customers at the section managers discretion. Qualifications / Experience/ Knowledge Essential: · Previous administration experience with knowledge of the standard Microsoft suite of tools. · Experience of working previously within a similar type of environment i.e.: manufacturing/engineering. You will need to be organised, self motivated and have the ability to work effectively even when under pressure. This is a great opportunity offering a salary of between £15000-£18000.
