| Rare opportunity to join one of the top leading banking organisations in the UK. Working within a busy high street branch in Leeds. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding service, sales and control targets by managing, coaching and motivating the Branch team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will also ensure the branch team delivers results whilst following the Bank’s service and sales processes and procedures. Using the Bank’s appraisal tools and processes, to lead and motivate the branch team to achieve and exceed the branch targets, ensuring regular reviews are undertaken. This also involves coaching and training to build professionalism and knowledge. Implementing a Training and Development Plan for the team in line with the succession plan. Allowing staff to reach excellence and progress within the branch. Managing and adhering to the Bank’s key control, credit, sales and service and operational processes and procedures, and make certain that the branch staffs are following processes and procedures. Developing and implementing business plan’s to ensure that all customers receive the highest level of service and income for the Bank is maximised. Completing inductions for new staff and supporting their development, managing the resources of the branch to make sure it is working to maximum capacity to providing excellent customer service. Holding regular meetings with the team to encourage and motivate them, ensuring that sales opportunities and customer service are optimised. |
