| An exciting opportunity to become part of one the UK's largest energy suppliers has arisen. This organisation is amongst the leading providers of energy for residential consumers and business customers. Currently over 8,500 people are employed within this company, which demonstrates its size and presence within the market. We are currently looking for a Half Hour DBU (Data Business Unit) Analyst to join this thriving team. The successful candidates role will include- Identifying possible problems and resolving queries in a timely manner, escalating when necessary. Providing support and assistance to others ensuring timely resolution to queries. Analysing data and complex sites, Identifying root cause of poor performance and assisting in the implementation of changes to rectify and improve performance. Using initiative to recommend amendments to processes and procedures to improve team performance. Assisting in supporting business operations to ensure agents are performing against defined standards both contractually and at industry level. Representing Agency and Data Services business internally across all business departments. The ideal candidate will have the ability to analyse the risk to the business as a result of poor performance. You will be able to understand and mitigate problems that will impact on other teams and departments within the organisation. Knowledge of the Half-Hourly market place is also essential. We are looking for somebody who can understand the impact of problems that could affect the customer. We do ask that you will be able to understand the impact of change to the DBU. As a recognition and appreciation of your dedication and commitment, you will be rewarded with a generous salary of up to 20,3000, with monthly salary reviews. |
