| Due to rapid growth, this well known Legal Company are looking to recruit a Team Leader for Legal Cashiers. You will act as a line manager to the cashiering team, dealing with queries and ensuring work is processed in an accurate and timely manner. To look for ways in which processes within the department can be improved and made more efficient. To work closely with fee earning team leaders/managers to understand their operational requirements. The suitable applicant will have proven experience within a similar role and familiar with SAR (solicitors accounting rules)/client accounting procedures. You will be a self starter, good analytical skills ideally with supervisory skills. |
