Our Client is based in modern and open plan offices in Leeds City Centre. They are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to answer all incoming calls, greet visitors and provide administrative support as required.
Working as part of a team of two, Responsibilities include;
Answer all incoming calls in accordance with company guidelines
Greet all visitors, ensure they sign in and are issued with a visitor’s pass
Ensure prompt delivery of parcels and messages left at reception
Update and maintain telephone directory on computerised switchboard
Arrangement of travel, hotel accommodation and car hire as necessary
Managing Meeting Room bookings
Sorting and distributing incoming faxes
Processing incoming/ outgoing mail appropriately including franking of all outgoing mail
General administrative support as required
Experience and skills required
Experience of operating a switchboard
Friendly and approachable
Willing and enthusiastic
Well presented

Ability to demonstrate initiative
