We need administrators with solid background in admin for a busy and varied role at our friendly offices in LS7. We can offer excellent benefits and opportunities to progress into legal secretarial roles and a competitive salary of £11000-13000 for the successful applicant

MAIN DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Dealing with requests for photocopying in order of priority and ensuring that the photocopying is complete, having photocopied complete pages and all of the pages in any one document. If applicable, any plans are to be coloured.

Collating bundles of documents required in court cases.

Distributing key dates diary information to fee earners in departments.

Putting away all files that have been worked on and locating files as requested so that items of post can be dealt with

Typing letters to pay invoices.

Typing file notes and other documents as required.

Preparing files for archiving.

Leaving the building, with permission, to make hand deliveries to court, clients etc. as requested; to run errands to local shops;

Making tea/coffee for fee earners and clients as requested.

Sorting documents and and other routine filing tasks as requested.

Each morning and evening; opening and closing the shutters.

Reception cover when required.

This list of duties is not exhaustive and you are expected to be flexible in the type of duties you perform and to work as part of a team. You are required to cover for colleagues and carry out all reasonable requests where this will assist the smooth running of the business of the firm. You will not be expected to undertake specific tasks for which you have not been provided with adequate training.
