Full Description:
Senior Administrator required to work for a leading Leeds based recruitment agency. You will be required to carry out secretarial, administrative and recruitment support activities on behalf of Operational and support staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. To assist the Office Manager (OM) in the day to day running of the Leeds office and existing Support Team.
2. To cover for OM in times of holidays and absence.
3. To liaise with Divisional Managers (DMs) and above regarding workload.
4. Reduce divisional complaints by ensuring the customer service provided to all clients and candidates is first class.
5. Must be able to carry out confidential tasks.
6. To supervise team and be comfortable allocating duties.
7. Deal with facilities/day to day complaints within the office.
8. General secretarial and administrative support for Division.
9. Active day to day involvement in fulfilling office procedure requirements
10. Maintain and update divisional database on a regular basis
11. Organise mail shots for clients and candidates as requested by the Division
12. Type proposals/reports/letters/CV’s as requested
13. Cover reception as required (absence/holidays)
14. Cover Office Junior duties as required in their absence
15. Support Payroll Assistant/s with all related admin tasks within the required timescales
16. Maintain all filing systems to an acceptable standard
17. Ad Hoc duties – credit checking, presentations, reports
18. Reduce divisional complaints by ensuring the customer service provided to all clients and candidates is first class
19. All other ad hoc administration as required by the role
