A very well organisation in the Bingley area are immediately looking for a Contract Analyst to start as soon as possible to cover maternity for 6 months.
Your main duties will be:
· Monitoring, analysis and agreement of re-active and planned Facilities Management supply contract costs
· Authorise Facilities Management services expenditure
· Control invoice processing and monthly accruals and revenue expenses, to maintain that financial database is maintained accurately
· Track expenditure authorised by internal clients building surveyor and facilities manager
· Cost minor project works
· Assistance to Commercial Manager in production of contract and tender documentation
· Provide assistance to Central and Retail Facilities Managers
· Commercial and contract training will be given for this role
Key Skills:
Essential:
· Operation of a budgeting, cost and income management model
· Knowledge of construction / maintenance costs
· Knowledge of Facilities Management industry supply contracts
· Application of Financial control systems and procedures
Desirable:
· Good verbal communicator
· Good mental numeracy skills
· Ability to prioritise and deliver on schedule
Qualifications:
· Essential:
· Retail Financial Services experience
· Cost control experience in Facilities Management services
Desirable:
· Professional qualification in cost control
